Create your Kraken account and complete identity verification.
Deposit Canadian dollars by Interac e-Transfer: free at Kraken, up to $10,000 per day (limits read on October 3, 2026).
Open Kraken Pro (pro.kraken.com) and buy your coin on the CAD pair, e.g. LTC/CAD or BTC/CAD. A limit order gets you the lowest fees.
In the casino cashier, choose "Deposit", the same coin, and copy the deposit address shown.
In Kraken, make a withdrawal to that address. Check the network: it must match the one the casino shows. A network mistake can lose the funds.
Wait for confirmations: a few minutes for Litecoin, longer for Bitcoin depending on network traffic.

Fees, no surprises

Interac deposit: free at Kraken.
Buying: on Kraken Pro, trading fees of a few tenths of a percent; instant "Buy" costs about 1% plus the spread. Kraken shows several fee schedules: check the fee page in your account.
Crypto withdrawal: a fixed network fee per coin, shown when you withdraw.
Volatility: the price can move between buying and depositing. To limit that risk, buy right before you deposit.

The travel rule (over $1,000)

For a crypto withdrawal worth CA$1,000 or more to an external address, Kraken must collect information about the recipient under Canadian rules. Answer accurately. Kraken also prohibits sending funds on someone else's behalf, and its terms prohibit using the service for illegal gambling: check your province's rules on our availability by province page.

And to cash out?
