The person with the highest authority at Giroux Sovereign Tech Fin-Legal Inc. ensures compliance and acts as the person in charge of protecting personal information, unless delegated in writing. Contact details are in our privacy policy.
Carried out before any project to acquire, develop or overhaul a system handling personal information, and before any transfer outside Québec.
Every incident is recorded in a register. Where there's a risk of serious injury, the Commission d'accès à l'information and affected people are notified promptly and steps are taken to reduce the risk.
Privacy complaints go to the person in charge by email. We acknowledge, investigate and reply in writing within 30 days. If unsatisfied, you can contact Québec's Commission d'accès à l'information.
Any provider with access to personal information is bound by a contract governing confidentiality, use and destruction.
Anyone handling personal information for SVRNG Play is informed of these rules.
