The Leaderboards: Weekly Winnings and Multiplier

Two leaderboards, two ways to shine

The game's Leaderboard button opens two tabs. They don't measure the same thing and don't reward the same way of playing.

The multiplier leaderboard

Only cashed-out rounds count: a 115× that ends in a pothole doesn't. For each player we keep their best multiplier of the period. Since the stake isn't taken into account, a 27.54× cashed out with 10 tokens is worth as much as with 2,500.

The "All" filter mixes the roads, and the Expressway has the edge there: its maximum is 300.66×, against 53.85× on City and 12.16× on Country. The road filters let you compare like with like. To see what each multiplier stands for, check the multiplier tables.

Weekly winnings: the exact rules

• For each round finished this week: the amount cashed out (zero if you hit a pothole) minus the stake. Everything is added up.
• Purchased tokens don't count, nor does the daily bonus or referrals: only what happens on the road counts.
• Only players who are ahead appear. If nobody is ahead, the board is empty.
• The week starts on Monday at midnight, Montréal time. Everything resets then.

The game keeps 3% of what's staked on average, so most weeks end in the red for most players. Being on this board mostly means you were lucky that week.

The podium

Every Monday, after the reset, the top three in Weekly winnings for the week that just ended get the "On the podium" achievement. There's no prize, in tokens or money: it's a badge that stays on your profile. The other achievements are on the achievements page.

Who shows up, and how

• You appear under your nickname (3 to 20 characters, chosen at sign-up), never your name. Offensive nicknames are refused.
• You need an account with a confirmed email. A deleted account disappears from the leaderboards.
• A Pass badge shows next to the nickname of players whose Pass is active. It gives no edge on the leaderboard.
• When you cash out, a banner tells you whether it's your best of the week and your leaderboard rank.

Loyalty tiers play no part in the leaderboards: they only change your daily bonus.
